You’ve become quite fickle about your books, little one. Even though you still love to read and could probably do so for hours, you are making more active choices with your books now, utterly rejecting some and demanding others.
It’s so odd, since I can’t imagine that you understand what we are saying when we read these books to you. Why is SHEEP IN A JEEP suddenly a huge favorite, needing to be read three or four times at a sitting, and your former favorite HORNS TO TOES AND IN BETWEEN now unpalatable?
You’ve also grown exceptionally fond of Sebastian Braun’s books like I LOVE MY DADDY and ON OUR WAY HOME, which are some of the first non-board books that we are reading to you.
But still, why one but not the other? I really wish I knew.
