Or at least an outstanding breast feeder.
The lactation consultant told Mommy not to tell new mothers how easy it has been to feed you, since many have difficulty with this, at least in the beginning. But so far your job in life is to eat, sleep, poop and pee, and you are doing all four with remarkable grace, intelligence and aplomb. A champion eater and pooper by all accounts. Intelligence at its best!
Please note The Thinker pose, which you undoubtedly adopted when attempting to resolve Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity with what we know of the quantum world.
It's a great picture, but I would be more impressed if she was trying to resolve General Relativity and Quantum theory.

Having spent the first 36 hours with this amazing child - I can vouch for the fact that she is brilliant, gorgeous, adorable, wonderful and a blessing in all of our lives - you guys sure did a great job! Thank you for this wonderful little bundle!

Hey, maybe she's thinking outside the box. Maybe she knows something about Special Relativity and Quantum theory that you smarty-pants physicist haven't considered yet.
